H2i plus™ delivers 100% heating capacity down to -5°F outdoor temperature (without wind chill).

As Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Contractors, our customers get the industry-leading 12-year parts / 12-year compressor warranty. We register your equipment within 90 days of installation so you get the full coverage. Non-approved contractors only qualify for 6-year parts / 7-year compressor.

Our Home Comfort Advisors stay current on incentive and rebate programs so you don't have to, and help you meet the requirements. Every advisor visit includes a free, detailed ACCA-approved Manual J (version 8) load calculation — required for certain incentives.

From first conversation to a registered system
Schedule a conversation
A Home Comfort Advisor learns your heating and cooling needs, measures rooms, windows, insulation and sun exposure for a load calculation, sizes the system, and picks locations for the indoor unit, outdoor heat pump and refrigerant lines.
Approve your proposal
We email a proposal with all installation, equipment and pricing details, plus any incentives and rebates you qualify for. A 50% deposit approves and schedules the installation.
Schedule your install
Your advisor becomes your project manager — picking a convenient date and coordinating with the electrician so installation and start-up happen as soon as possible.
Installation & start-up
Usually about a full day: indoor and outdoor equipment, refrigerant line set and communication wiring. Once the electrician connects power, we start up and test the system.
We register your equipment
We register the system with Mitsubishi Electric within 90 days and submit everything needed for your 12-year parts / 12-year compressor warranty.

How long does installation take?
A ductless mini-split typically takes about a full day to install, including the refrigerant lines and wiring between the indoor and outdoor units. Once the electrician connects power, we start up and test the system.
How many rooms can one system handle?
One Mitsubishi Electric system can handle up to eight zones, each with its own indoor unit and temperature. Your advisor sizes it to your home with a Manual J load calculation.
Why does a Diamond Contractor matter for the warranty?
Systems installed by a Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Contractor qualify for a 12-year parts / 12-year compressor warranty. Non-approved contractors only qualify for 6-year parts / 7-year compressor. We handle the registration for you.
Can I pay over time?
Financing is available with approved credit. Your proposal will also show any incentives and rebates you qualify for.
